How does shipping work?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier availability. Drool Fuel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
What is Drool Fuel’s return policy?

Due to the nature of pet food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We understand things can happen and are committed to making things right, and ensuring every pupstomer has a positive experience.
How do I use and store Drool Fuel?

Simply add Drool Fuel over your dog’s regular food (mix for picky eaters) and serve. The amount depends on the size of your dog. (See packaging) Store in a cool, dry place and tightly reseal after each use. The toppers can last up to 3 months when stored properly, and not exposed to heat or moisture.
Can Drool Fuel replace my dog’s food?
